What happens after checkout
After payment, license details and delivery instructions are sent digitally. Keep the order confirmation available because support may need the order ID to verify activation.

Install and activate the package
Follow the Install walkthrough in order. Start with the current build, sign in with the delivered license details, and load a saved profile before you queue.

If setup does not work
Check the Patch status feed before troubleshooting an update related issue. A recent game or RICOCHET patch may require a new build.
If the issue remains, contact Contact support desk with your order ID, Windows version, and the step where setup stopped.
